I love this magazine, it has helped me and so many of my clients, friends and family over the years. There is so much packed into it every month and the gifts they give away are wonderful.
My journey with Soul & Spirit started with the Angels of Awakening - Love, Life and Creation Cards in 2009, and then the AoA Angel Wishes Cards in 2010, what a lot a has happened since then. It has been an amazing experience, we have consistently won awards for Favourite Spiritual Retreat since 2009 and favourite Angel Expert and the new one this year was, Angels of Awakening Best Spiritual workshop / course. I love writing The Angel Answers every month and contributing articles about the beloved Angels. I wonder what the next few years have in store for us all.
My Journey with the Angels Of Awakening and Soul & Spirit Magazine
The Angels Of Awakening and I had made our home in Glastonbury in 2006. Then, in 2008, I received a phone call from the advertising department of Soul & Spirit Magazine. As a very new and small business I was very wary of overspending on marketing.
The Angels said quite clearly you have to speculate to accumulate
I soon discovered the magazine was quite new too, and they were building their clientele. They sent me a copy to have a look and decide if I would like to advertise with them.
The first thing I commented on was the lack of Angel information in any of the regular publications. We had a good chat about ‘Angelology’ and I promised to send her my new book, Angels of Awakening Love, Life & Creation. I think they was so surprised to actually receive it, that they rang me straight away and said the Editor had agreed to a 4 page spread ‘Just about Angels’. It was the first time they had featured Angels and I managed to afford a quarter page advert, for 3 months. It was such a big leap of faith for me after the huge financial outlay of the past couple of years: a new healing practice in London, an Angelic Healing Retreat Centre in Glastonbury , a meditation music company and a publishing company. I was very ambitious and was following instructions from Merlin and the Angels.
I decided to promote my new Daisy Centres Angelic Healing Retreat in Glastonbury, a place to stay amongst the Angels. However, the Angels of Awakening had other ideas!
They were insistent that I was to produce a set of Oracle cards that would complement the book I had just written on the Universal Spiritual Laws. The cards were to be the Affirmations of the Laws as Lessons with black and white photographs of stone Angels.
My dear friend and I had chosen to start our own publishing company ‘Daisy Raine’ and self publish, it had cost a lot more than we had anticipated, so we shelved the idea of publishing cards until the time was right.
A month or two later, I received another a phone call out of the blue from the Soul & Spirit Magazine advertising department. Apparently the Angel Featured edition had been their best seller to date and they wanted more Angel input… Not that I said ”I told you so!” But we did have a good laugh.

Now a days with Joy Palmer as Advertising Manager we do wonderful supplements, just like these in 2018.
I soon had one person that I spoke to at the magazine and Suzanne became a good friend. I talked to her about the Oracle Cards we wanted to produce and she said the editor had been thinking about new people writing articles and submitting ideas about Angels. She asked if I would like it if the magazine could give the Oracle cards away. I was so surprised, I said yes straight away and they were given away in the January 2009 edition. I didn’t choose the cover or the colour, but when they were produced I realised the image was the same as the Amethyst Necklace Paul had given me as a present, the angels are so subtle with their messages. The promotion was so in alignment and perfect, here’s a picture of me wearing it.
7 weeks after they were released I was asked to produce another set as they had been so successful. The book and cards had originally taken 2 years to produce and now We produced the second set of cards in just 6 weeks. They were all Angel images from the Daisy Centres and the Angelic Wishes have been given out to every guest that comes to stay, we leave one on their pillow and on the breakfast table.
Angels of Awakening ~ Angelic Wishes
These Angelic Wishes are the Angels gift to simplify the 36 Spiritual Laws of the Universe. This is a unique way to help you understand these laws as lessons and for you to use them all the time. Each one is a genuine wish from my clients, friends and family, they are expressed as a wish for yourself, a wish for others and a wish for the World and Creation.
The Images of the angels are photographed by my friend Laraine Krantz and are from the Angel statues in the Daisy Centres Angelic Healing Retreat in Glastonbury. This is a space of love to immerse yourself in and surround yourself with Angels, Cherubs and Fairies to help your wishes come true.
How to use Oracle Cards
Find a magical place of serenity and close your eyes. Open your heart to invite the Angels of Awakening to grant you Angelic Wishes. Open your eyes and pick as many as you feel is right for you today. It may be a special one for the day, the answer to your question or guidance from the Angels of Awakening. The angels give you guidance and permission to have these wishes. For you to fully embrace the state of abundance don't limit yourself to just 3! Ask and you shall receive, and have as many wishes as you want.
These Angelic Wishes Oracle cards are for sharing and for granting Angelic Wishes with love, compassion, and understanding. Most importantly they are for you to have fun with.

Angels of Awakening Card Reading

Lessons of Love Life & Creation
My friend Laraine Krantz took over 200 of photos of stone and bronze statues of Angels from all over London, even travelling to Italy for my first book Angels of Awakening Love, Life & Creation. Each Angel of Awakening image represents one of the 36 Laws of the Universe, wise laws that have been passed down through the mystery schools and by great scholars since the beginning of time.
The black and white cover picture of an Angel with 2 cherubs is a 3ft high black bronze statue that can be found outside of the Royal London Hospital, Whitechapel, London E1. This was the Angel that kick started my interest and prompted me to write this book. She is one of three Angels on this plinth: Faith, Hope and Peace/Liberty. It was a gift to King George from the Jewish community of Whitechapel after the First World War. Nowadays she is hidden amongst the market stalls of the mostly Indian community, very colourful and very busy.
