Hallelujah! What a Spectacular Night …..Women's Work Event

It has Started …...Daisy Foss is going Global!
That's what the Angels say!

It was the first time I had spoken to such a large audience and I think it went well, everyone had a good laugh and were very “Happy” afterwards. Which is good really considering that was the theme of my talks and evening performance!

An Awesome Success, an exceptionally inspiring day,
so many good speakers, topics and ideas to think about.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.

We had such a positive response from so many women and men throughout the day

We did it!!!  Last Friday I took part in the Women's Work Event in Tunbridge Wells and it has taken me a week to assimilate. How Absolutely Incredible the whole experience was for me, Ania Jefferies and the team, the committee, and all the other amazing people involved. Especially Polly from Pickering Cancer Drop in centre, that was the reason we were all there, to support the charity.

Paul and I arrived the night before and stayed at the Royal Wells Hotel on Mount Ephraim Road. That's a good Angel name, but it turns out he wasn't an angel, according to the Book of Genesis, he was the second son of Joseph and Asenath.  The place was really lovely and I would highly recommend it. We met up with an old friend and he said come and live here, you'll love it! I was very nervous and felt very under rehearsed for the talks at the Assembly Hall.

We arrived early and set up, I was in room A which was the bar! And it was already quite full of people there were 65 people seated. My talk was on “Finding your Happiness” and it was such a lot of fun. Paul played his harmony drum and I demonstrated how to meditate.

I was supposed to be the last speaker before the break, but in my enthusiasm I jumped in one speaker too early. Sorry Nicola Deverson if I interrupted your flow, you were very good, and I have realised I do try to be SuperWoman far too often.

The morning went by in a flash, so much to take in and so many subjects, there was something for everyone.

My second talk was in the afternoon, just before the break again. I was asked to participate in a stress exercise by Lucy Adams from West Kent Mind, and I jumped so high with the shock of the balloon bursting it took me at least 15 minutes to calm down!!!

Luckily Paul was on hand to play his wonderful soothing music and I was right as new for my presentation. This time it was “Finding your Happiness and how to keep it “ the audience had a few of the morning crowd, but it was mostly new people watching. Once again everyone was laughing and feeling happy afterwards.

Paul and I went to look round at the other areas and it was fabulous, there was a fashion show, and two more workshop spaces. We also found the cafe at the other end of the bar, and had to giggle, because it's called Perk and Pearl - which was what my talk was about - the Pearl of the Heart and perking up your petals.

We loved the NatWest Biz Bus that was painted bright purple and was parked outside the Assembly Hall. They were very helpful and gave me a lot of new information regarding my new business, Angels of Awakening Academy. We were met by my friend Erica Longdon and it was like an Angel invasion! The energy on the bus sky rocketted. Upstairs there was Business Radio and I gave Tino a wonderful interview that should be on air very soon. Take a look at the green Orb light that is over my heart in the picture of the four of us!

After a quick change back at the hotel I was ready for the evening performance.

I was so nervous in a strange of kind of way, my body wouldn’t go into stress mode, it was as if all was calm and there was not going to be a drama. So I couldn't make one!

The evening started with Ice Cheerleaders and continued with Ania Jefferies,  Dolina Hendry, Charlotte Haynes,Traci Ferguson and then it was ME!!! Followed by Nikki Owen, Catherine Spencer, and Tammy Clark. Charlotte Andrews and Bella Penfold sang us out

My presentation  was called “Moving through Life's Obstacles and Finding Your Happiness”. I came on loud and clear and stated my power point slide show, all was going well and the audience seemed to love the message. Then just before the end the energy exploded and the whole place lit up with this electricity.

The content was flowing beautifully and then I became very funny! It just sort of happened. It was as if the Angels couldn't contain themselves anymore! I had been asked not to mention Angels as it may turn people off and I would lose the audience…..Well the opposite happened and they felt the love and light. I came off the stage to a loud roar from the crowd and lots of laughter.

I don't think it was because they thought I was weird and they were laughing at me, it felt like a lot of love in the room…..there was particularly loud cheer when I said …

"Oh, I’ve added a Halo to my new logo….The Angels say Daisy Foss is going Global! But I don’t know what that means!!! Do You?"

Thank you to all those lovely audience members who came up after wards and showed me their crystals and said how much they had enjoyed themselves.

Here is one of the quotes from the evening ...

Daisy, may I say, I really loved your talk. Even more so, I utterly enjoyed your energy, to me it was like watching a ball of light, surrounded by moonbeams and butterflies! Lol - Trippy, beautiful, with a touch of ‘60s Flower Power. Would love to see you again.
